REFUND POLICY

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The item received is significantly different from the description
  • The item was not delivered within 45 days of order placement
  • You are otherwise unsatisfied with your purchase (within 30 days)

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@tikshop.net with your order ID and reason for the refund.
  2. Include photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • For damaged/defective items, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund.
  • Return shipping is not required for items under $30. For items over $30, we may request the item be returned.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been used, altered, or are not in original condition (unless defective)
  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.
